RESERVATIONS It is advisable for all guests to make a booking before arriving in order to check availability of our hostel. You can do that by dialing +386 (0) 31 479 or by sending us an e-mail to info@prtatko.com. In order to make a reservation, may we kindly suggest that you send us your full names and passport numbers. Please notify us of your arrival time. Arrival and departure of guests On the arrival, guests must make a CHECK IN - registration in the reception of the hostel. After registration, each guest receives a key of the main entrance door and his hostel room. Guest must pay a 10 € deposit for the key, which is returned after the guest makes a CHECK OUT and the key is returned to the reception. Guests can make CHECK IN every day between 14:00 and 19:00. In order to make CHECK IN outside of these hours it is neccessary to inform the hostel reception in advance. Guests must leave the room - CHECK OUT - on departing day until 11:00.
